All sales are billed in USD.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. KM does not accept returns on products and our programs, including coaching are non-refundable.
Installment Payment Policy
We reserve the right to remove access to all groups, programs and materials should any automatic monthly payments decline or if payment is not received as outlined in the Client Contract. Should the client voluntarily choose to terminate their access to any program or service that is part of a payment plan before said payment plan has been completed, the client is still responsible for the entire payment amount and a final invoice will be issued to the client with full payment balance due immediately. *See refund policy above.
Recordings and Future Use
KM reserves the right to record all live program calls for future use.

Guided Meditation tracks should never be listened to while driving or operating any heavy machinery. Meditations are intended for quality of life enhancement and should never be used as a substitute for professional treatment from a physician.
Medical and Psychiatric Contraindications to Participating In Breath Work
Breathwork results in certain specific physiological changes in the body and also can result in intense physical and emotional release. Therefore, for safety purposes, in most circumstances I do not allow persons with the following conditions to participate in a breathwork session:

Aneurysms
Asthma (please have your inhaler available during your breathwork session if you choose to participate)
Cardiovascular disease and/or irregularities including prior heart attack
Detached Retina
Epilepsy
Glaucoma
High Blood Pressure that is not controlled with medication
History of strokes or seizures
Osteoporosis
Pregnancy
Prescription blood thinning/anti-clotting medications such as Coumadin
Psychiatric Contraindications
Bipolar disorder or schizophrenia (Prior diagnosis by a health professional)
Hospitalization for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis in past 10 years such as an attempted suicide or nervous breakdown (Contact Kathryn for more details)
PTSD
Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions which would impair or affect ability to engage in activities involving intense physical and/or emotional release.
